Purpose: These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between iFEEL Systems and its customers.

Products: The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website ifeelsys.com.

Prices: The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, on ifeelsys.com.

Orders: Orders are placed on the website ifeelsys.com. iFEEL Systems reserves the right to refuse any order.

Payment: Payment is made by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by iFEEL Systems.

Delivery: The products are delivered to the address specified during the order within the specified time frame on ifeelsys.com.

Right of Withdrawal: The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify iFEEL Systems of their decision to return the products in writing to the following address:

The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, complete and with all possible accessories, instructions for use, and documentation. The return costs are borne by the customer.

Guarantee: The products are guaranteed in accordance with legal provisions.

Liability: iFEEL Systems cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the products.

Disputes: In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
